The Oak House Student Residence will be a sustainable living student community that incorporates not just physical sustainable attributes to the building but also community-based ones, for both the broader Spadina-Sussex community and the University.

Spadina/Sussex Student Residence will offer much needed student housing for the University’s growing student population, while providing vibrancy and new ancillary retail opportunities on a prominent corner of the University’s downtown campus.

With a beautiful brick exterior and unique window cutouts, the proposed Harbord Residence will contain a mix of single rooms and self-contained studios that will help meet the rapidly growing demand for graduate student housing options.

Situated in a premier location in the heart of Toronto’s Discovery District, the Schwartz-Reisman Innovation Campus is turbocharging the next wave of Canadian innovation, advancing how AI, biomedicine, and other technologies can enrich lives.
