Our teams specialize in creating and building meaningful Spaces & Experiences. We collaborate with in house experts and external stakeholders to enhance the campus community. Here are some of the unique projects that we have worked on:

Britney Glasgow-Osment has earned provincial recognition for her role shaping curriculum, supporting identity-based programming and fostering belonging

Oak House marks a major milestone with the celebration of its first cohort of student residents, following the building opening in 2025 as a new state-of-the-art student residence on the St. George campus.

Spaces & Experiences recently had the opportunity to speak to three former residents of UFH’s Charles Street community (two of whom are currently working as Community Program Support Staff at UFH) that lived at UFH for many years and still call it home.

Aliya Mustafina sits in the sun-filled Residence Life Office of University Family Housing (UFH) in downtown bouncing her son, Nazir, on her lap. Her husband Ualikhan, and doting mother-in-law Nurilya Mamyrbayeva, look on with delight.

The Oak House Student Residence will be a sustainable living student community that incorporates not just physical sustainable attributes to the building but also community-based ones, for both the broader Spadina-Sussex community and the University.

Director of University Family Housing, Gloria Cuneo, awarded the President’s Excellence Award for Emerging Excellence.

Spadina/Sussex Student Residence will offer much needed student housing for the University’s growing student population, while providing vibrancy and new ancillary retail opportunities on a prominent corner of the University’s downtown campus.

With a beautiful brick exterior and unique window cutouts, the proposed Harbord Residence will contain a mix of single rooms and self-contained studios that will help meet the rapidly growing demand for graduate student housing options.
