Ensure the communication & marketing assets you produce within your team are in line with the S&E brand by using our approved templates. This section includes PowerPoint templates, Word Templates & Canva Templates.
PowerPoint Template
Before downloading and using the S&E templates below, make sure you refer to the U of T Brand Hub for instructions on how to use the U of T PowerPoint template. Our templates are created based on the university’s version.
Please download the template to your computer and edit locally. Do not make changes on the live links.
Word Templates - Letterhead
Download your business letterhead from the SharePoint folder below.
You can also request a customized letterhead with your business’s contact information in the footer (sample). Fill out the request form with the footer information/ copy and our team will get back to you within three business days.

PowerPoint Template - 8.5x11 Poster
We recommend using our poster templates for a consistent look across all S&E businesses.
The templates are available to download and edit in PowerPoint format. They are available in two versions: Trade Gothic Next family font (official U of T font) and Arial family font (U of T system font). We recommend using the Trade Gothic Next family font version if you already have the fonts on your computer or you can download them onto your Microsoft 365.
Note that some units (i.e.: Schwartz Reisman Innovation Campus, individual residences, retail food concepts) have their own custom templates on Canva and are not included in this folder.

Request Customized Template - Poster
Your team can also request the template in Canva format or customize them to your specific needs.
If you would like to use the Trade Gothic font version of the template, but are using an older Microsoft 365 version that doesn’t have “Trade Gothic Next” font family, we can share a Canva link of your template so you can access U of T’s fonts online. If you need to modify the template for a specific content or specs, contact us using the link below or talk to your business’s MarCom officer. Please note, we cannot design your poster on your behalf but can customize the template to fit your specific needs.
