It will be the country’s largest concentration of student and faculty-led start-ups, firmly positioning Toronto as the place to be for creating new technology companies, jobs, and solutions. The centre will have 650,000 SF of AI and life sciences space and developed in two phases. The project has been made possible by the generous $100M donation from Gerald Schwartz & Heather Reisman.
