Request S&E in-house photography to support your storytelling goals.
We provide product, portrait and event in-house photography, as well as 3D capture service using a state-of-the-art Matterport 3 camera.
Starting February 2025, you can request photography support for S&E events through the Marketing & Communications team.
Please fill out the online Photography Request Form at least two weeks before the event date and one of our staff members will reach out within three business days to confirm. Note that your requests are not always guaranteed and will depend on equipment and photographer’s availability.
Please fill out the Matterport 3D scan booking form at least two weeks before the expected date and one of our staff members will reach out within three business days to confirm.
Note that your requests are not always guaranteed and will depend on equipment and staff availability.
Important information:
- Each individual scan can take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on size and space. You can book up to 3.5 hours long for each scanning session. Bookings must be made at least two business days in advance. This allows us to arrange the appropriate staffing assistance and equipment availability.
- Please make sure all the spaces are set up correctly before the team arrives to your appointment. Your team is responsible for clearing the space and confirming that the set-up is complete. NOTE: Once we start scanning, the space cannot be modified.
- Please confirm with the staff member assigned to your booking if you will be adding additional services other than the 3D tour before they scan the space (i.e.: requesting that photos be exported from the 3D tours, generating a floor plan, updating your website with new assets, etc…).
- There is no charge to your team for our labour services and equipment rental; however, you will be charged an annual fees of $30 for each 3D tour in order for it to remain live. Additional services like the generation of floor plans will incur additional costs. These costs will depend on the software license.
- Make sure to include projects details, your contact information, and anything else you think we should know about your project.
