We provide templates for all your stationery needs, including letterhead, business cards, and envelopes. These templates are pre-formatted to reflect our brand standards.

U of T Business Card

U of T staff can request standard business cards through the division administration staff using the U of T ordering platform.

These business cards are restricted to university branding only and cannot display the business or S&E brand/ information.

 

S&E Staff Business Card

There are two S&E business card design options to choose from.

Place your request through our custom business card inquiry form. Select the version you want to go with and provide us the following information:

1. The personal info on the card

2. The production quantity (recommend 250 cards per person)

3. Your director’s email for approval

4. Delivery address with a contact person + phone number

Marketing & Communications will order the business cards through TPH and an invoice will be sent to your team to process. If your team already has a corporate account with TPH, or would like to use a different vendor, we can provide you with the approved artwork to order directly.

Standard Envelopes

Place your request through our envelopes inquiry form and provide the following information:

1. Your business lock-up and address on the envelope

2. The production quantity

3. Your director’s email for approval

4. Delivery address with a contact person + phone number for courriel delivery

Marketing & Communications will order the envelopes through TPH and an invoice will be sent to your team to process. If your team already has a corporate account with TPH, or would like to use a different vendor, we can provide you with the approved artwork to order directly.

9 x 12" Envelopes

Place your request through our envelopes inquiry form and provide the following information:
